First, let this serve as a reminder to all AR-01 Democrats that David Cook is by far the best candidate to represent your district in Washington D.C. It’s really not even close. In that same vein, via Max Brantley, we learn that a certain video exposing terrible human being Tim Wooldridge as a proud homophobe is no longer available on the Family Council website.
Unfortunately (for Wooldridge, that is), the video is still available on YouTube.
While it’s nothing but speculation, I would like to think that the response from the Arkansas Blog, Blue Arkansas, and this blog (including my Tweeting of this post numerous times to Wooldridge and in reply to other Tweets about the candidate) had something to do with the Family Council’s decision to remove the clip.
Ironically, it seems that the only kind of homophobia acceptable to the Family Council is the closeted kind. But, hey, quiet hate is the most Christian kind, right?
