Overheard this morning at Starbucks:
I mean, Obama got into office and immediately started bailing out the banks.
This is the second time in a week that I’ve heard someone “crediting” President Obama with TARP. Which is interesting, given that TARP was signed into law on October 3, 2008, roughly a month before Obama was even elected.
